Custom Requests
🌼 All products are assembled to order. Slight variations in color, texture, or arrangements are natural and part of the unique charm.
🌸 Custom orders are designed based on the information you provide. Please double-check all details before submitting your request.
🌷 Once submitted, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Orders are also non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
🪻 We reserve the right to decline any custom request that cannot be fulfilled based on availability, timeframe, or materials.

💸 Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
⚠️ If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact through our contact form within 3 days of delivery - with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right in some way.

💲 Payment in full is required at checkout for all standard orders. Custom orders require a 25% deposit, upon approval.

📦 We currently only ship within the United States. You’ll see the shipping fee clearly before placing your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable.
⏳ We aim to process and ship orders within 3 busniess days of submission. Custom requests require additional processing time.
